Houston Symphony League
The first volunteer group of the Houston Symphony, The Women's Committee, was born in 1937 under the visionary hand of Miss Ima Hogg. Now known as the Houston Symphony League (HSL), this organization's reach is far and deep into the community. The HSL supports numerous education, outreach and fundraising projects which are made possible by the 400+ men and women who give their time and energy readily and enthusiastically.
Houston Symphony League Bay Area
The purpose of the Houston Symphony League Bay Area (HSLBA) is to introduce symphonic music to the youth of the Bay Area and to stimulate music appreciation within their community through monthly musical programs, special events and group transportation to the Houston Symphony. The HSLBA works in liason with symphony staff in area of subscriptions, sales and the promotion of Houston Symphony projects.
Houston Symphony Dynamics
Started in 2001, the Houston Symphony Dynamics is a social and volunteer group exclusively for high school students in the Houston Area. They Provide shared oppotunities to learn about and hear orchestral music and support the Houston Symphony through volunteerism.
