• Donate Your Tickets

Can’t use or exchange a season ticket? You can donate the ticket for a tax deduction in accordance with the tax code. Seats will be released and a tax donation receipt will be mailed when donated tickets are received prior to a concert.

By Mail
Please mail your tickets with the completed donation form provided with your season ticket package. Donations must be received the day before the concert date.

By Phone
Call (713) 224-7575 at least three hours before the concert and leave your name, address, telephone number, customer account number, concert date, time and seat information. Please destroy your donated tickets.

By Fax
Please cut the tickets you wish to donate in half, write VOID on the tickets and photocopy them to the donation form provided with your season ticket package. Fax your donation form at least three hours before the concert to (713) 247-0220.

In Person
Bring your tickets to the Customer Service Center during regular business hours.
