Exchange Tickets

EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS
2010-2011 TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY


Eligible Exchanges
  • You may exchange subscription tickets.
  • 18-concert classical subscribers and 9-concert pops subscribers may exchange tickets for a regularly scheduled subscription series classical or pops performance.
  • 6- or 9-concert classical subscribers may exchange tickets for a regularly scheduled subscription series classical performance.
  • Family Concerts subscribers may exchange tickets only for other Family performances.
  • Mini-packages, pick-your-own and A La Carte subscribers are not eligible for exchange privileges.
How to Exchange
  • When you exchange tickets, every effort is made to provide seats in the same section.
  • You may upgrade your seat by paying the difference in price when the exchange is made.
  • If you exchange tickets within a week of the new performance date, your tickets will be held for pick-up at the Will Call window. Tickets for later dates will be mailed or held according to your preference.



By Fax
Cut your old tickets in half, write “VOID” on each half, and photocopy them on to the exchange form from your season ticket package. Then, fax your exchange form to (713) 247-0220.

By Phone
Call (713) 224-7575 during regular business hours. Monday-Saturday, 10AM-6PM.

By Mail
Mail your tickets with the completed exchange form from your season ticket package.

In Person
Bring your tickets to the Customer Service Center during regular business hours.
