The Houston Symphony welcomes requests for donations to support fundraising for non-profit organizations.

To be considered for a donation, please fill out the Ticket Donation Request Form and mail it along with a written description of your event and organization, printed on the official letterhead of the organization.  Please include a self-addressed, postage ($0.64) paid envelope to the Houston Symphony at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the fundraising event.  Or, materials can be faxed to the Houston Symphony at (713) 222-0276.

Due to the high volume of requests, the Symphony asks that no telephone inquiries regarding donation status be made. Please limit your donation request to two (2) tickets. Also please allow at least three (3) weeks for processing.

Please mail the Ticket Donation Request Form and written request together with your self-addressed, postage ($0.64) paid (10.5 in x 6 in) envelope to:
