DONATE YOUR UNUSED TICKETS

Can’t use or exchange a season ticket? You can donate the ticket for a tax deduction in accordance with the tax code. Seats will bereleased and a tax donation receipt will be mailed when donated tickets are received prior to a concert.

In Person: Bring your tickets to the Customer Service Center
Monday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:00pm.

• Please submit your online donation request no later than 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance.
• Donations via phone or in person can be made up to 3 hours prior to the performance.
• Donations are tax deductible in accordance with the tax code.
• Please make sure to destroy your voided tickets once you have completed the donation process.
